InTune was created during the worldwide Corona Virus pandemic. Being in quarantine kept us locked up with the best and worst of ourselves! After having my third child, I realized that the biggest step toward positive mental health and healing is the acceptance of self. That includes the love of our flaws, stretch marks, crazy hair and all! I aim to inspire people to be the best version of themselves and feel great, both inside and out.
